Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

All Siempre Azul products are made to order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at siempreazulstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, as our products are made to order and personalised by nature, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This exemption applies to custom-manufactured goods.

Sizing and buyer's remorse As products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size choices or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
